BABY BLAST 2 Event

Wew! That was a really baby blast! A really exciting event for BABIES and for the WHOLE FAMILY!Celebrities mommies hosted the event like Tin Tin Bersola Babao, Nikki Valdes, Gladys Reyes and Patricia Bermudez-Hizon.

I was one of the Mommy and Baby Fashionista Contestant while my Husband and my baby was a Wacky Daddy and Me Contestant. Mommies are really georgeous during the event through the professional make up from  Creations By Lourd Ramos Salon.

A lot of activites, freebies and excitement! My kid never feels boring at the event. She enjoyed a lot there especially in the art and playing area and the massage from the Little Lamb Spa area. Mommies and baby's had their catwalk on the stage. Presents the Wacky Daddy and Me Contestant. Yaya Make Over. And lectures from the experts about Different topics of having a child. I learn a lot and was able to be aware of the importance and benefits of Early Head Stard (EHS) Education. It was a really awesome event.

Public Elementary Students Need you!

JKW Foundation.org is an online charity that makes it easy for anyone to help classroom in need.
 



Here's how it works:

Public school teachers from every corner of the Philippines post classroom project request on jkwfoundation.org. Request range from pencils for poetry writing unit to violin for a school recital and others.Then, you can browse project request and give any amount to the one that inspires you. Once a project reaches its funding goal, they deliver the materials to the schools.You'll get photos of your completed project, a thank you letter from the teacher, and a cost report showing how each peso was spent. If you give over Php 500, you'll also receive hand written thank you letters from the students.At JKW Foundation.org, you can give a minimum of Php 100 and get the same level of choice, transparency and feedback that is traditionally reserved for someone who gives millions. They call it citizen's philanthropy.

BABY BLAST 2 : Fun Learning Continues

Here comes an exciting event intended for BABIES and the WHOLE FAMILY! Baby Blast Event aims to promote Early Head Start (EHS) Education, and to have a lasting influence of its advocacy on the importance of fun learning.

Early Head Start (EHS) is crucial in the social, intellectual and physical development of children age 0-3 years. In line with this advocacy, Baby Blast Event aims to have a lasting influence in the education and future of children. EHS has been in existence in the US since 1995, and in the Philippines, it has already gained a following from parents that appreciate and see how it benefits their children.
This event isn't solely for babies, but moreover for the whole family!





Baby Blast 2: Fun Learning Continues! March 5 (saturday) in Trinoma Mall Activity Center! entertainment, contests, and fun-filled activities are in stored for the whole family! :) Join in their contests and win special prizes!

Spending Time with Your Family

Family is our top priority. Spending time with  family is important, but it doesn't have to destroy our schedule. Take an hour or even a few minutes here and there, and begin to learn new ways to build up our family bonding. A parent is the most important influence on our Child’s well-being. So We make sure we’re there to guide her and witness her development and grow.  Self-esteem, trust, and having fun are just a few benefits of spending time with our kids. Quality time with children can come from love, laughter and an ability to turn ordinary moments into special ones.

Me and my Husband always make sure that We spend a quality time with our daughter. We eat together our meals inside our home and do a food trip or a picnic at least once a week. We pray together before we sleep so my child will grow more closely to God. Since My husband and I both love reading, my daughter’s favorite activity outside is reading her favorite Disney Character Story. It will help my child to develop a love of books and will expand her knowledge and vocabulary.

Spending time together at Mums & Tubs Year Ender Event for Kids, We we're able to enjoy and unwind because we had a free rides at Fun Ranch.
We always eat together inside the house, a picnic or even just a foodtrip outside. Eating while chatting on how's the whole day for us, eating together brings smile to our baby.
My kid is always on the go on our events.  We always bring her to bond with her even it's for an adult event
Attends Family Day and listen to Parenting Seminars last week. ( oooppppssss Host po yan.. hehe)

Activities that We do with our Child that solidify our bond with her,  and help create a strong sense of self-esteem for us..

1. We find ways to speed up household tasks so that we can do fun things together, or better yet, we make chore time "family time". We play a fun music and get the housework done together although my kid can’t do it right.. haha. Her favorite music is “Baby” by Justine Bieber  When My daughter starts to dance, we laugh and our tiredness will be gone..

2. We find activities that can be done together as a family. Some of the best things to do together don't cost a great deal of money. For example,  watch a family movie together inside the sala, make a  homemade tickets. Your children would enjoy your living room being transformed into a movie theater.  We do this and we’re all enjoying. Me and my husband feel that we’re still youngs.

3. Kids also loves Camping or “Bahay Bahayan”  Make  a tent in the living room using old sheets and blankets strung across chairs and "camp out".

4. Art time is always fun time, Me, husband and our daughter always have time to put our pictures in scrapbooks and photo albums chatting about favorite moments. Family Crayon Time (get some paper and crayons out and all make art together).


Invest a small amount of time into our lives of our children by spending together. Life can be so busy that we often miss out on opportunities for fun with our family that we can never get back, so be creative in your search for fun and adventure.

Araneta Facebook Faceoff 2

The Araneta Center Fanpage had contest which the first 100 to have the highest number of common friends at the araneta center fan page could win a 2 slots for the Araneta Facebook Faceoff 2! And luckily, I'm In!

Win tickets for Grovy Movie Wednesday

Starting 2011, WhenInManila.com will be having HD movie screenings every Wednesday at the BlueWater Day Spa luxury theater spa



Me and my sister Elizabeth won tickets for an exclusive event for WhenInManila.com friends, It’s a ticket for a classic film in High Definition screening of The Dark Knight Movie at the Blue Water Day Spa luxury spa theater.





We were able to bring one companion each. We bring our sisters Maria and Marivic – our private nurse who’s just arrived from Saudi for a vacation. We’ll I think it’s the perfect time to have bonding and relax with them because we are all busy in our own lives now… 



Before the screening get started, Deejay Vince picked 4 lucky instant winners from a draw, and fortunately again, Me and my sister Elizabeth both won again for a Traditional Filipino Massage (Hilot) GC’s. Thanks for that Deejay Vince!


While watching the movie, we’re being relaxed for the free massage and free snacks.
